Different environments call for different solutions. Our customers use freestanding kiosks, wall-mounted units and terminals positioned at reception desks. Many also deploy QR code readers outdoors, without screens, allowing visitors to check in and gain access quickly and securely.

Automatic check-in and registration for faster visitor flows and a better experience

For facilities with high visitor volumes or unattended entrances, Check In enables a fully self-service registration process. Visitors can identify themselves using a QR code on their mobile device or by entering their details on a touchscreen terminal. Hosts can be notified via SIP telephony, allowing them to approve the visitor before access is granted. Alternatively, notifications can be sent via SMS. As this option does not include the same level of verification and auditability, it is less suitable for environments where secure entry control is a priority.
