The Role

SystemHouse Solutions is, among other things, a market-leading producer of the security platform Integra, which enables companies and organizations to protect their employees and their properties. SystemHouse Solutions’ head office is located in Stockholm and is an independent production company owned by the Bravida Group.

As a Business Developer, you will have the main responsibility for SystemHouse Solutions’ international expansion with an initial main focus on the European market for OEM products within the passage and access market. You will have an important role in the continued work of deepening the collaboration with existing international customers as well as identifying and developing markets and customer segments. In addition, you will gradually build up and take full responsibility for your own team to achieve SystemHouse Solutions’ growth goals.

The role includes, among other things:

  • Establish SystemHouse Solutions OEM hardware range in the international market
  • Identify and develop new customers in new geographic markets
  • Develop marketing and sales strategy towards these customers and markets
  • Take the lead on the implementation of the strategy and be the driving force in this
  • Carry out sales to these customers and markets
  • Establish strategic and long-term cooperation agreements with international actors
  • Responsibility for developing and following up sales targets and sales activities
  • Collaborate with our product development team to synchronize market demands and our product offering
  • In collaboration with the marketing department, initiate and implement relevant marketing activities. Participate and be involved in market events, fairs, customer activities.

The position is flexible in terms of location, but as there is some travel in the position within the Nordics and Europe, you need to live near a major traffic hub.

Is this you?

To be successful in this role, you have an interest in technology and many years of experience in international business with local and global customers. Furthermore, you have experience in building partner collaborations on a European and global level. It´s a plus if you have experience from the international security market.

In this recruitment, your personal qualities are of great importance. We are looking for a person who is business-minded, purposeful and proactive. You have a drive and desire to create business and collaborations and think it’s fun to work with development and quality. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
