With the Check In visitor management system, receptionists have less of a workload as visitors can use self-service kiosks. The Check In kiosk interface has scheduled buttons on the touch screen for any events. These features enable the system to handle countless people without the need to stand in line waiting for help in the reception.

Everything is managed from the web interface or from the self-service kiosks.

Greater security with a self-service kiosk

For municipal social services, security is an important issue. To increase security levels for staff, the kiosks will be placed outside the perimeter. If the visitor is pre-booked, they can use the self-service kiosk to get in touch with the correct case manager. Special buttons on the touch screen can guide or help the visitor to get in contact with the correct person without coming inside and creating problems.

 

Integration with calendar

Check In comes with an additional licence for integration with Exchange/Outlook/Office 365. This makes it easier to pre-book visitors from Outlook invitations when you book a room and invite people. When your visitors arrive, they use the QR codes to register or even open a door, lift or speed gate to a certain area you want them to be able to access. Everything is scheduled with start and end times for their access rights.

Built-in telephony and sound system in kiosks

Thanks to our built-in IP telephony system in Check In (SIP), you can offer the same service that a receptionist or guard would. When a visitor registers, the kiosk calls the host and a voice says who is visiting and what to do. You can also notify hosts by an SMS when visitors arrive, but this is not as accurate as a real phone call when you have a visitor.
